Schengen visas for Iceland

Please note that case processing for Schengen visas will take place at the Danish Embassy in Bangkok.

The Danish Consulate General in Sydney nor the Danish Embassy in Canberra process cases or answer enquiries on Schengen visas to Denmark.

Denmark has a representation agreement with Iceland for Schengen visa applicants however ONLY for submission in Sydney, Australia.  For inquiries on Schengen visas to Iceland please contact the VFS Global visa application centre in Sydney.

The application procedure for Schengen visas for Iceland is the same as for Denmark. The applicant should therefore follow the instructions on the page Schengen Visa for Denmark and just replace all reference of Denmark with Iceland. Applications for Schengen visas for Iceland should also be lodged at the premises of VFS Global. In Australia, it is only possible to lodge a Schengen visa application for Iceland with VFS Global in Sydney.

When filling out the application form in ApplyVisa it must clearly show that Iceland is the destination.
