Short stay visas Australia, New Zealand and Fiji

Please note that case processing will take place at the Danish embassy in Bangkok. However, for inquiries please contact the VFS centre in the country where you hand in your application.

The Danish Consulate General in Sydney issues Schengen visas for Denmark from applicants in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.

The Danish Consulate General in Sydney also issues Schengen visas for Iceland from applicants in Australia (except ACT) and from New Zealand and Fiji. Applicants in ACT must apply through the Norwegian Embassy.

Cook Island, Nauru, Samoa, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu

Cook Island, Nauru, Samoa, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu also falls under the jurisdiction of the Danish Consulate General in Sydney in regards to the issuance of Schengen visas for Denmark. As of May 2015 citizens of Samoa and Vanuatu are visa free and therefore do not require a Schengen visa any longer. Applicants from Cook Island, Nauru, Tonga and Tuvalu must however apply in person either at a VFS Global office in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
