Collection of passport

When your new passport has arrived, you will be notified by e-mail. The new passport will be available for collection at the representation where the application was submitted. Should you be unable to pick up the passport in person, it may be collected by a relative or friend. This requires presentation of a written authority from you, as well as photo ID of the person authorised to collect the passport.

At time of application, it is possible to arrange to have your new passport delivered at another Danish mission or representation for collection, incl. a municipality in Denmark. Please note this incurs an additional fee - Fee can be viewed on The Ministry of Foreign Affairs list of fees.
