Danish state visit to Australia 2026
Their Majesties King Frederik X and Queen Mary will visit Australia for a state visit from 14 to 19 March 2026.
During the visit, Their Majesties will travel to Uluru, Canberra, Melbourne and Hobart.
Their Majesties will be accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister for Foreign Affairs, and the Minister for Climate, Energy, and Utilities, along with a large business delegation.
A key focus of the visit will be green transition.
Over fifty accompanying Danish companies will participate in the official business promotion initiative “Partnering for a Green, Secure and Sustainable Tomorrow.”
The initiative is intended to promote cooperation in the fields of renewable energy and green buildings.
Nature and cultural conservation elements will also form part of the state visit.
